Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Callloom takes claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. Submitting a DMCA Notice

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512), your written notice (the “DMCA Notice”) must include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material you believe to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it.
• Adequate contact information such as your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate.
• A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Legal Notice
