Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
Callloom takes claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from Callloom.com infringe your copyright, you may request their removal (or restricted access) by submitting a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent as outlined below.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512), your written notice (the “DMCA Notice”) must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material you believe to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it.
- Adequate contact information such as your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Legal Notice
If your DMCA Notice does not comply with Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, it may not be effective. Additionally, if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that content on Callloom.com is infringing, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
